Additional Property Attributes

Former City Court property which was previously department store. Historic restoration currently underway will develop first floor for retail and second floor for residential use. Historic facade donation program will assist restoration of front of building. Building backs on bayouside boardwalk being constructed as part of downtown redevelopment effort.

Former Use: Former department store. Acquired by City of Houma and used for administrative offices. Passed to Terrebonne Parish when governments consolidated. Used for City Court. Parish offered property for sale.
