Additional Property Attributes

The Phase 1 facilitated the sale of the property to the party operating the site and business operations are continuing. The new owner is addressing the situation with the floor drains. The property is on municipal water but has an on-site septic system that the floor drains are connected to.

Former Use: The property included only a single-family residence until 1980, at which time an auto service garage was added to the property. The property was also used for used auto sales for a time. The current owner previously leased the garage in order to operate an auto-repair business. The site is located in an industrial/commerical area on the out-skirts of St. Johnsbury downtown, but very visable U.S. Route 2.
