Additional Property Attributes

The property was sold at Sheriff's Sale following the characterization of the site. During the site characterizationk 16 underground storage tanks and a stormwater management basin were discovered. Removal of the tanks and the stormwater structure revealed localized contamination. While two businesses bid on the property at Sheriff's Sale, they were outbid by a speculator intent on resale, not redevelopment. To date, the speculator has not settled on the property and a request to have his deposit forfeit is pending.

Former Use: The property is a former auto repair facility vacant and abandoned in excess of ten years. The property was prepped for resale at a Sheriff's Sale in anticipation of foreclosure.
