Additional Property Attributes

Removal of unsightly oil station will provide additional parking and landscaping to support several retail, office, and residential adjoining project that can�t be built without additional parking. Options include reuse of existing building under brownfield agreement through NC DENR BF Program.

Former Use: Property has been distribution facility for many years raising concerns as well as documented leak in 2003.
