Additional Property Attributes

In March 2008, LiRo Engineers, Inc. (LiRo)conducted a passive soil gas (PSG) survey in the area on behalf of the City of New York Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD). The PSG results from these locations showed tetrachloroethene (PCE) in exceedance of 500 nanograms, which suggests potential chlorinated solvent contamination. Chlorinated solvents may have been used in de-greasing operations.

Former Use: Former commercial uses include an Auto Mechanics shop (source City Directory circa 1980). Current use is a 3-story residential building with commercial ground floor uses (hair salon, office supply)
