Additional Property Attributes

In March 2008, LiRo Engineers, Inc. (LiRo)conducted a passive soil gas (PSG) survey in the area on behalf of the City of New York Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD). The PSG results from these locations showed tetrachloroethene (PCE) in exceedance of 500 nanograms, which suggests potential chlorinated solvent contamination. The facility is listed as a Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Generator Site that generates between 100-1000 kg/month of clorinated solvent waste.

Former Use: Active tenant is a dry cleaner(Family Dry Cleaners). Former uses listed as CMA Home Improvement (source City Directory circa 1980) and a church (source City Directory circa 1960).
