Additional Property Attributes

2.4 Acres of former Auto Dealership property. Phase II is recommended but we were unable to persue Phase II funding because the grant monies have been spent. It is thought that the property is ineligible for brownfield Phase II dollars because of the petroleum rules for viable responsible party.

Former Use: Commercially zoned former car dealership. Located near Switzer Canyon Wash.
