Additional Property Attributes

The US Border Patrol leased a portion of the subject property owned by a a private business. The Border Patrol operated a small arms firing range on the leased property. Site soil has been impacted by lead and possibly arsenic and polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) as a result of the shooting range activities. The use of Brownfields assessment funds will allow eventual cleanup and redevelopment of the site.
