Additional Property Attributes

40 acres of wetlands and wooded uplands to be added to an existing 52 acre county park. Future plans for the addition include hiking trails, boardwalks, wildlife viewing, permit-based hunting, and educational opportunities in and around the oak woodlands and high quality wetlands that likely support a diverse flora and fauna, some of which may be threatened or endangered.

Former Use: The property is a square landlocked parcel of woodlands and wetlands, portions of which were once farmed. A small farm dump was located on the southeast portion of the property.
