Additional Property Attributes

There are two structures on the northern half of the Site with frontage along Maxham Meadow Way: Building 1 is on the western side and Garage 2 is on the eastern side. Building 1 is a two story building with a basement. Based on historical research, the former uses of the building include a railroad station and freight house, feed implement warehouse, and farm implement sales and service. Based on Site observations and historical research, the building was more recently used for sales and service of aerial tramways, and for other automobile-related maintenance purposes. Garage 2 is a single story wood-clad structure with a covered loading area on the western side. There are three buildings on the southern half of the Site, two Buildings 2 and 3 with frontage along Pleasant Street and Garage 1, located immediately north of Building 3. Building 2, located on the western side, is a gray two story former house that most recently hosted a video store/photograph developer on the main floor and apartments on the second floor. Building 3, located on the eastern side is the former rail passenger station and clad with white vinyl siding was converted to an auto parts store on the main floor and apartments on the second floor. Garage 1 is two contiguous single story garage buildings.
