Additional Property Attributes

Wyandotte purchased the property due to historical significance and for reuse as a performance art center. Wyandotte budgeted $600,000 to begin a proposed $1.3 million rehabilitation project. Removal of the asbestos ahs assisted in the property rehabilitation.
