Additional Property Attributes

Former plantation home, owned by Nicholls State University. Acquired by act of donation without a Phase I, but EPA approved conducting assessment. Began as hazardous site, then UST site found. Converted to petroleum site. Phase I currently in QA review. Plans to use property as meeting center for university and catering center for its John Folse Culinary Institute.
