Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Property is now vacant and was taken over by the town for road and right-of-way improvements. Past uses on the site were associated with the uses of the adjacent property documented as Bay Street LLC. Former buildings on this property housed office space, paint storage, and an auto room. Potential cotaminants in the buildings include gasoline, oils, degreasers, lacquers, solvents, and lead from lead paint. No record of demolition, so past demolition debris may still exist on site. Today, the property houses heavy equipment that is parked there from the adjacent Bay Street LLC site. Historic documents outline a potential UST.
