Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Originally the property housed the Northern Lumber Company and other various lumber companies. Later the property housed a plumbing wholesale supply and manufacturing facility, and a bowling pin manufacturer. Recent uses include an electrical supply house, publishing facility, storage and automotive repair. A portion of the property was purchased by the Town of St. Johnsbury for municipal road improvements and right-of-way needs.
