Former Use: The subject property consisted of unimproved land from at least 1910 until 1919, when it was improved with a gasoline filling station. A car wash and hoist were identified on the parcel in the 1970s. The gasoline filling station occupied the parcel until at least 1991. Currently, the subject property is occupied by a Subway restaurant and a check cashing business.
