Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property was initially developed prior to 1884 as part of the Brunswick Hotel. Prior to 1895, the hotel was demolished and the Hodges Building was constructed. The Hodges Building was a six-story office building with up to five commercial tenants on the ground floor. This building was demolished in 1928 and the current subject property structure, a 38-story office building, was constructed.
