Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: In general, the subject property parcels consisted of unimproved land or dwellings since the late 1800s, except for 775 17th St, 1337 16th St, 1428-38 St Anne St, and 4033 Toledo St. 775 17th St was occupied by a filling station on the northeast corner of the property from 1918 until the structure was razed in approximately 1991. 1337 16th St was occupied by a repair garage from 1947 until 1968, when it was occupied by Accurate Die Manufacturing until approximately 1978. 1428-38 St Anne Stwas initially developed as a boiler works from prior to 1918 until approximately 1923. A garage was constructed on the property in 1925. The property was occupied by a roofing supply company from 1927-1928 and a flooring contractor in 1935. A warehouse was present on the property from prior to 1957 until approximately 1977. A factory was demolished on the property in 1983. 4033 Toledo St was occupied by an automobile repair shop from prior to 1928 until 1943, when it was converted to a printing shop. The property was occupied Crest Printing until approximately 1977. Records reviewed also indicated that the property was also occupied by Jacobsen Steel Dies from 1951 until 1960. Beginning in the 1940s, the structures on the remaining subject property parcels were razed. Currently, the subject property consists of unimproved vacant land, except for 1549 Vinewood and 4004-4030 Porter St, which contain vacant, multi-family dwellings.
