Additional Property Attributes

Based on the results of the October 2009 SSA and the previous Phase II ESA, there are vadose zone soil impacts above State Cleanup Target Levels CTLs, groundwater impacts above groundwater CTLs, and free product is present in on-site groundwater in the source area. Therefore, soil and groundwater remediation will be required prior to obtaining a conditional Site Rehabilitation Completion Order from the FDEP with likely restrictions on future soil and groundwater use at the site. Former Use: Vacant former retail gasoline facility. Based on agency data and recent assessment data, the site has been impacted by the former storage of gasoline and diesel products, as well as potential automotive repair activities.
