Former Use: The property currently is not being used for any significant purpose other than storage within the building. The property contained a gas station from at least 1938 until approximately 1984. In the mid 1950s automotive repair began at the property and continued through 1998. In 1998 the property was utilized for a variety of business including automotive detailing which continued through December 2005. Since that time the building has been utilized for storage.
