Additional Property Attributes

The properties consist of three distinct parcels on Argyle/Lindsey Street, and include Block 1, Outlot O.L. 34, O.L. 51, and the City of Marshall right-of-way for the undeveloped portions of Argyle/Lindsey, Keyton, and Columbus streets. The property is an approximately six acre portion of a larger 27-acre industrial site. Portions of the six-acre property were formerly operated as a scrap l facility.
