Property is being cleaned up with funds from a Sub Grant from an RLF with the City of Jacksonville, FL.

Former Use: Property is located near downtown Jacksonville, near the Springfield Historic District and is currently being revitalized. Site has had some remediation performed in late 1990's by State of Florida and their Environmental Contractor where PCB contaminated soil was removed from site and replaced with clean backfill material. Then some C&D material was placed on property. Currently, property has security fence completely surrounding it.
