Additional Property Attributes

The City conducted the Phase I ESA as part of a larger cluster of properties (Cluster #15). A Phase II ESA would be recommended before initiating any re-use activities. The City has long-term plans to have the area redevelop with riverfront housing. The City will likely pursue sampling activities after a more concrete plan has been established.

Former Use: The property has contained residential development since 1897. The property includes a single family/owner-occupied residence built in 1907 with 728 square feet of living space.
