Additional Property Attributes

City investigating potential acquisition for future riverfront housing. City in process of land banking nearby properties. The City will need to conduct a Phase II ESA investigation prior to determining whether or not site cleanup activities are needed.

Former Use: A review of historical information indicates the property contained residential development from 1897-1925 and commercial development from 1926 to the present. Past commercial uses include a Motor Freight Depot 1962, a wholesale tobacco company from 1963 to 1973, and an automotive part supply from 1988 until its closure in 2015. The structure is currently vacant. The property currently contains a one-story steel warehouse built in 1966 with 9,120 square-feet of space and a second steel warehouse built in 1926. The latter structure has 8,880 square feet of space.
