Additional Property Attributes

The property had a high potential for redevelopment/reuse. The assessment at the property was able to remove the stigma associated with the unknown environmental condition of the property, assisted and existing business remain open, and allowed for the opening of a new bulk food business. The project leveraged at least 30,000 in private investment and retained 2 jobs.

Former Use: The subject property currently contains a former residential building Subject Building 1, shed Subject Building 2 and two barns/garages Subject Buildings 3 and 4. Subject Building 1 is currently used for the sale of windows and doors by Integrity Windows and Doors. Subject Building 1 was also being developed as a Bulk Food store, but is not currently in operation. Food items were located within Subject Building 1. Subject Building 2 is currently used for general storage and contains the current subject property well. Subject Building 3 is currently used for general storage of miscellaneous house and tool supplies. Subject Building 4 is currently used for the storage of windows and doors by Integrity Windows and Doors. The subject property contained residential structure with associated outbuildings and driveways from the at least the 1940s through 2002. Portions of the property appeared to be used for the production of row crops in the early 1940s.
