Additional Property Attributes

The assessment at the property was able to quantify the unknown environmental condition of the property. The assessment was able to establish a cleanup game plan and position the property for future cleanup/redevelopment.

Former Use: The subject property was utilized as a black smith shop until the 1910s. From the 1920s until the mid 1940s an ice station, dwelling, a portion of a cement storage building and a cement warehouse. The current subject building was constructed in the mid 1940s and has been occupied by a Commercial � Drycleaners Steam pressing, laundry, Electrical supply, Behavioral Health Services, and a Adult Probation Office.
