Additional Property Attributes

The property had remained vacant for several years. The assessment was able to evaluate the environmental contamination at the property and provide a due care assessment. The assessment facilitate d the sale and redevelopment of the property. The property was used for the expansion and relocation of a business which created 5 new jobs and leveraged approximately 75,000 private investment.

Former Use: The subject property was utlized as livery in the 1920s. In the 1930s/40s the property was utlized by a trucking freight and repair company. In the 1960s, the property was utlized as an automobile repair shop until 1980s. In the 1990s the property was occupied by a bump and paint shop, as well as a residence. The property has been vacant since the early 2000s.
