Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Nineteen buildings are currently located on the site, including a five-unit commercial shopping center at the southwestern property boundary and eleven building, multi-family residential apartment complex at the northwestern property boundary and a complex of seven former school buildings in the south central portion of the property including a gymnasium, a Head Start facility, a Volunteers of America Facility housed in Assumption Hall, a monastery housed in two former classroom buildings, and the Holy Rosary Institute Alumni and Friends organization housed in the renovated cafeteria building. A vacant three-story building on the property is planned to be restored and used as a community center.
