Property Highlights

Former Use: During the 1960s the site was used as a dump site, under private ownership. An aerial photo dated October 23, 1970 indicates the site was covered with low vegetation. Houses were constructed on the site from 1971 to 1985. Settlement of the houses occurred in the 1980s, rendering the houses uninhabitable. The houses have since been torn down. The property has been acquired by the Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Agency to develop the property for houses.
