Former Use: The site consists of 1.2 acres of land improved with a multi-tenant office/warehouse structure over the central portion of the site, paved parking lots located north and south of the building, and a gazebo and fenced garden located over the southeast portion of the site. The site building contains approxiamtely 20,000 square feet of floor space. Historical review indicates the site consisted of multiple residences and vacant land in 1902. A commercial structure was constructed at the site prior to 1918. This structure was utilized as an auto/boat repair facility from at least 1919 to 1989. A commercial office/warehouse structure was constructed across the central portion of the site in 1960. Multiple structures utilized as dwellings and storefronts were located over the south portion and northwest corner of the site from 1918 to 1989. From 1998 to 2008, a commercial/warehouse structure was located centrally on the site, the north portion of the site was a parking lot, and one residential structure utilized as office space was located at the southeast corner. The residential structure was demolished in 2009. Review of site ownership records indicates the site is currently owned by Anthony Wayne Rehabilitation Center for Handicapped & Blind, which acquired the site in 1971.
