Additional Property Attributes

The site is mostly undeveloped with a building on the west edge of the property and paved driveways/streets granting access to the backside of the building and the Tonopah Senior Center. The building was previously utilized by the Nye County Ambulance Service. In 2011, the Ambulance Services moved operations to another building and the site was leased to Change the World with Love. The building has been remodeled to serve as office space for the organization. No cleanup or ruse activities have occurred on the remainder of the site. Change the World with Love, Nye County, and the Town of Tonopah are exploring options for developing the site as an assisted living facility to support the adjacent Nye County Regional Medical Center.

Former Use: The property is primarily undeveloped land with a concrete building foundation located near the southwestern portion of the site. The construction date, demolition date, and former use is unknown.
