Additional Property Attributes

The site is adjacent to the original Arlington School Building. Acquisition negotiations have not been successful for acquiring the property. Abestos and Lead Based Paint in building materials.

Former Use: The property contains a single-story cinder block or tile classroom built in 1960. The structure contains 2,742 square feet and was originally constructed as an addition onto an existing school building. The property is currently owned by Summit Products Trust.
