Additional Property Attributes

The property was approved for a 480,000 grant to repair and upfit the building - and prepare it for its future use as a healthcare business. The Phase I ESA indicated no RECS - which helped facilitate the property transfer. An anticipated 100 jobs are expected when the new healthcare business opens its doors.

Former Use: The property is currently improved with a large l building on a concrete pad - vacant since 1998 when the government textile contract expired. It operated as a textile mill from 1970 when it was constructed until closing in 1998. Prior to that, the property was farmland.
