Additional Property Attributes

The building interior is reportedly in poor condition with an excessive amount of staining in the service center area. Additionally, a dry cleaner operated on the adjacent property to the west in the 1940�s. The review of the BSA report supports the following: The site is a service building with a foot print of approximately 1800 square feet and an attached storage warehouse with a footprint of approximately 800 square feet. A small storage structure open on the south side is also located on the north side of the property. The total size of the property is approximately 0.3795 acres. The property has been in operation as a radiator repair shop since at least 1968. The structures were constructed in 1950.
