Former Use: The subject site consists of a 32,000 square foot brick building and a 14, 081 square foot brick building on an 8 acre lot. The onsite RECs consist of the presence of two tanks, which appear to be made for underground storage purposes, although they currently sit above ground. The tanks appear empty, and the site contact did not know the history of the tanks use.
