Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Gasoline had been stored on the north end of the site dating back to 1942. A historic dry cleaning operation was located approximately 100 feet east of the site in the 1940s and 1950s. A historic gas station was located on the adjacent property west of the site. Our review of the ESA report supports the following conclusions: One building was observed on the property with a parking lot that is being used to store cars. The building is approximately 960 square feet and the total size of the property is 0.13 acre. The building was constructed in 1988 and has always been used for auto sales, but historically the site was used as an animal feed store in the 1940s.
