Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The proposed Brownfields area is approximately 119.7 acres. The area is referred to as Downtown or the Central Business District. The Convention Center which was also a brownfields site is in the boundaries of Cross Bayou. There is also the Historical Water Works Museum and the "Catalyst Site" that if around 10.8 acres, which 9% of the Brownfields site.
