Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The former filling station site had two historical leaking UST incidents that were closed out under outdated IEPA LUST Program rules. Phase I and Phase II ESAs were completed as part of a pending property transaction. No contaminants were detected above applicable state remediation ives. The Phase I and II ESAs allowed the potential buyer to move forward and purchase the property. The buyer is planning on redeveloping the property by removing the existing blighted structure and constructing a new office building to reloate his existing masonry contractor business to.
