Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: As of 1938 it appeared the Property was developed to support farming operations. Livestock were reportedly kept in barns on the Property until 1960, when the Property use transitioned to commercial. A vehicle and equipment repair shop operated on the Property from at least 1960 through 2009. During the 2009 reconnaissance, the Property consisted of approximately one acre of land developed with an approximately 8,000 square-foot building, gravel, brush, and grass-covered areas. The Property was situated in an area zoned for residential and commercial uses, and was surrounded by miscellaneous retail establishments and residences. During the reconnaissance, chemical use and storage, a buried drum, exposed earth in the floor of the maintenance area, discarded drums and building debris were noted on the Property.
