Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Between 1884 and 1892 it appeared the Property was vacant land. As of 1899, the Property was developed for industrial/manufacturing purposes. Various machining and welding businesses occupied the Property from 1899 until 1970. In 1970, The Pioneer Press a newspaper company occupied the Property operations reportedly consisted of the printing, packaging and distribution of newspapers. At the time of the 2009 reconnaissance, the northern portion of the building on the Property was utilized to store rolls of paper. During the 2009 reconnaissance, the Property was developed with a vacant former industrial building, paved parking, landscaped, and grass-covered areas. The Property was situated in an area zoned for residential and commercial uses, and was surrounded by miscellaneous retail establishments and residences.
