Former Use: From 1938 to 1974 it appeared the Property consisted of vacant and/or agricultural land. The current building was constructed for the Marco Dealership in 1974. The Marco Dealership has operated an automobile dealership and service center from 1974 to the present. As of the 2009 reconnaissance, the Property was situated in an area zoned for commercial uses, and was located approximately three-quarters mile south of 19 Mile Road on Northland Drive. The Property was developed with an automobile dealership and service center. Remaining portions of the Property consisted of paved parking, grass-covered, and/or wooded areas.
