Additional Property Attributes

The Site is identified on the City�s Tax Maps as Block 836, Lots 15 and 16 measuring approximately 0.29 acres in size. The Site was historically operated as a retail petroleum service station with numerous underground storage tanks (USTs).

Former Use: The site is currently owned by the city and consists of Tax Block 836, Lot 16. Site structures were demolished during the week of January 11, 2010. A fire damaged structure identified in historical documents as an office structure is located at the northern end of Lot 16. The city utilized the southern half of Lot 16 as a municipal parking lot prior to the demolition activities. The site is currently vacant. The site was first developed for residential use prior to 1886. The former retail petroleum service station located at the site was first identified at Lot 15 in 1950. A second structure, identified as a �used auto sales office� structure was first identified at Lot 16 in 1963.
