Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site is currently owned by the City and consists of Tax Block 836, Lots 15 and 16. At the time of the initial site assessment activities on October 27, 2009, Lot 15 contained an abandoned retail petroleum service station garage and attached office structure. These structures were demolished during the week of January 11, 2010. The city utilized Lot 15 and the southern half of Lot 16 as a municipal parking lot prior to the demolition activities. The Site is currently vacant. The site was first developed for residential use prior to 1886. The former retail petroleum service station located at the site was first identified as Lot 15 in 1950.
