Additional Property Attributes

Based on a Phase I ESA completed in January 2010, RECs were found in relation to the subject site based on ASTM Standard Practice E1527-05. These RECs are based on an adjacent potentially upgradient salvage yard with potential impacts related to salvage activity, as well as potential landfilling activity. A Phase II ESA completed in July 2010 revealed no RECs within the boundaries of the subject site based on soil and groundwater sampling/analysis for the RECs identified in the Phase I ESA. No additional assessment is recommended as of the date of the Phase II ESA.

Former Use: The subject property is currently vacant/undeveloped. Historical land use has been documented as single-family residential.
