Additional Property Attributes

Based on the Phase I ESA prepared in January 2010, RECs were found in relation to the subject site based on ASTM Standard Practice E1527-05. These RECs are based on proximity of hazardous material generator sites 2 which are also anticipated to be upgradient of the subject property. A Phase 2 ESA completed in June 2010 per ASTM standards revealed no RECs on-site based on soil and groundwater assessment for VOCs, semi-VOCs and the 13 priority pollutant metals. Therefore, no additional assessment was recommended as of the date of the Phase 2 report.

Former Use: Subject site is currently undeveloped/vacant. Historical land use is documented as residential.
