Additional Property Attributes

The subject site lies in a predominantly residential area of Cahokia. The subject site is currently undeveloped land and has been since at least 1912. Based on available historical information, surrounding properties have been developed since at least 1912 and have included residences, small businesses, and a church. The adjoining church the owner of the subject site is planning to develop this site as affordable senior housing. SWIDA assisted the developer with grant funding for the Phase I ESA and the completion of a HUD 4128 checklist. No RECs were noted for this site. An updated Phase I was conducted at the end of 2010 to satisfy HUD requirements. No changes were noted on the subject site.
