Former Use: The subject property was agricultural land prior to the first industrial development in 1971 by Ram Products. Ram Products manufactured acrylic mirror panels and domes. The property was vacant from about 2000 until Sturgis Housing Development i.e., the City of Sturgis purchased the property in 2005. The City has used the buildings for cold storage of equipment and asphalt patch.
