Additional Property Attributes

The only REC noted on the property was related to the gas station located across the street from the property. The Phase I report recommended some indoor air sampling to make sure that there would be no vapor intrusion from any plume that might have eminated from that property. The property has now been transformed into a 160-student dance school.

Former Use: Historical use land records dating back to approximately 1915 reflect that the property was initially developed as a single-family dwelling, but has been improved with the current commercial use structure since approximately 1940. The second lot finished as surface paved parking has been unimproved throughout its history. From the record review, no past property land uses of concern were found.
