Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is currently vacant, grass-covered land. The proposed purchaser has applied to the City for brownfields assessment funding prior to applying for a construction loan and conducting redevelopment work. Redevelopment costs are estimated at 105,000. During the Phase I, no RECs were identified, and no further assessments were recommended. The assessment was conducted prior to purchase for RNB Properties, LLC, the prospective purchaser, who gained ownership of the property April 10, 2010.

Former Use: A residence was located on the Site from at least 1910 to the mid 1980s. Prior to the construction of the current improvements, the Site was undeveloped land.
