Property Highlights

This property is the former Hayswood Hospital in which the city of Maysville has isentified as an important Brownfield redevelopment project.

Former Use: The 65,000 sq. ft. building was used as a former hospital which opened in 1915 with additions in the 1920�s, 1950�s, and 1960�s. Hayswood Hospital served the citizens of Maysville until it was replaced in 1983 by a new regional medical center. The property has been through three owners since its closure in 1983.
