Additional Property Attributes

The property and surrounding vicinity is located within the central business district of Greenville with land use by commercial and municipal interest. The majority of the property is occupied by the former theater building. The building is currently vacant and the property is unused. The property has a two-story bulding with approximately 5,000 square feet of heated interior space. The adjoining parcels include a City of Greenville, parking lot to the north, a restaurant to the west, commercial buildings to the east and a historic building and parking lot to the south across 5th Street.

Former Use: The site consists of a single parcel containing a former movie theater building located in the central business district of Greenville, NC. Current and past land use is predominantly commercial and retail. The current building structure was constructed in approximately 1913 as a movie house. Prior land use was a small warehouse structure.
